GTID is our new at home program tailored completely to you.
We have been running these programs with a couple of girls for the last few months and the feedback has been super exciting, so we decided it was finally time to launch. We have an awesome team behind these programs, so as to ensure YOU get the most out of your plans.

To put it simply, there is a program aimed at each phase of training
We are currently in the Pre Season phase, so all our current programs are gearing up towards the upcoming season for both you AND your horse. The beauty of this program is no two programs are the same. You decide how much time you want to invest yourself, how much time you want with our coaches (in the form zoom meetings, weekend practices, whatsapp video messaging etc).
The Pre Planner- $100
includes all the documents for us to build your personal program PLUS your first zoom session.
Inside our Pre Planner we identify your
-strengths and weaknesses
-things that are important to you both inside and outside of polocrosse
-things that make you tick
-what your current workload looks like
-where you want to go.
From the pre planner, we catch up via zoom, set out some important milestones and we get to making you YOUR GTID pre season program. Every 3 months we evaluate, adjust and reset what we need to, heading into the next phase.
3 MONTH PERSONAL PRE SEASON PLANNER $500
To get your GTID program drawn up for 3 months training, tailored to you, including all your goals, and aspirations, for both you and your horse.
Personal Training Load
Drills – passing, line ups, scoring & defending goals, role of the 2, overhand
Exercise Planner – yoga, pilates, boxing, x-fit

There are 2 price points for the on going training.
Please note you may choose to do 1 week a month of the optional extras, its completely flexible and up to you to design & you may also change your coach on a monthly basis.
Basic – $50 per week includes
1x 30min zoom meeting, 5x video critiques via whatsapp, unlimited email support.
Intense – $120 per week includes
2x 40min zoom meeting, unlimited video critiques via whatsapp, unlimited email support, mini goals session, weekly accountability catch up, option for group training at “Mandaring”.
